Staff and location, every detail was excellent.

Excellent & non-smoking rooms with all the amenities. Staff were superbly friendly and terrific, everything was awesome. Location: the hotel was really close to fast food restaurants and other shopping, interstate, the stores.

prime location, fairly clean and cozy place. reasonably large suite and good bed. the staff was knowledgeable, was willing to help all the time. the breakfast was excellent and offered plenty of options. such a friendly service too.

Our favorite hotel in Birmingham, staff was helpful. We were moved to a king room and had climate control, a radio and coffee-making facilities. The venue was in a shopping area.

Staff and location were fine, and hotel in general was convenient. The staff did all they can for a SUPERB stay. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. It was fine and the beds were soft here. The property was set in a great area.

Unbeatable location, non smoking rooms & terrific staff. I booked a room with a comfy bed, coffee and tea making facilities, and a radio. They made my stay fine! The early check-in too.

The hotel was overall clean, and I loved an easy location. Everything was perfectly fine, non-smoking and great room. Personnel was willing to help and, of course, it was sweet. There were shopping malls and a pharmacy around the venue. Late check-out was useful: D

Booked table at panera bread, it's their onsite restaurant. A bathroom with a bath. We would return there, when we stay in Birmingham.

We had goodies and coffee at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, it was located really close to the venue. We appreciated our stay here.

Stix Restaurant, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. We think we can recommend to anyone. Nice place for vacation in Birmingham...

The beds were ok in our room. 40 minutes drive to the airport.
